Abstract
The objective is to find out how the globalization of education in Indonesia based on local wisdom.There are two issues that need to be addressed in connection with the perspective of globalization in education policy in Indonesia, 1) What is the impact of globalization for education in Indonesia? 2) How is the global education based on local wisdom in Indonesia? In anticipation of globalization, especially in education, we should be able to maintain the existence of schooland doing the globalization of education based on local wisdom
