LEARNING MODEL APPLICATION ASSESSMENT MANAJEMNEN ELEARNING,COOPERATIVE AND SCIENTIFICALLY (ELKOSA ) COMPETENCE BASED ON ANALYSIS OF SUBJECT MATTER PHYSICS HIGH SCHOOL IN DEALING WITH THE ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY

SUMMARY
Research objectives, namely: (1) Determine the effectiveness of the implementation of learning management model of e-learning, cooperative, and scientific (ELKOSA) in the face of the Asean Economic Community and (2) Obtain management model integrated learning in the subject of analysis Matter Physics High School (SMA) on students in the face of the Asean Economic Community (AEC). This study used a qualitative descriptive approach refers more fenomenalogis perspective. Research in view fenomenalogis trying to put on the meaning of events and link – relation to the ordinary people in certain situations (Moleong , 210 : 9). Views of its kind, is classified as exploratory research, which aims to illustrate the effectiveness of the competencies mastered by students and assessment models elearning management model , cooperative , and scientific (ELKOSA). Using data collection instruments: questionnaire, observation and documentation . Qualitative data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman , 1984 (Sugiyono , 2008: 246) with activity in the analysis of the data are : data reduction , a data display and conclusion drawing or verification . Results of research management implementation model study ELKOSA on subjects Analysis of Material Physics High School , namely: (1) assessing the effectiveness of learning outcomes with predicate very effective to obtain a score of 84.21 , and (2) the assessment of learning management model (ELKOSA) with predicate very effective with a score of 85.21 . The conclusion of this study , namely : the effectiveness of the learning management application to enter the title is very effective and learning management models with predicate very effective.
