ABSTRACT
This research aims at knowing the effectiveness of management on international standarized school at Yogyakarta State 2 Vocational High School. The management includes planning, organizing, leading, controlling and output.
This research in an evaluation using quantitative-approach with Goal Attainment Model/Goal Oriented. The data resorces for this research are teachers, students, vice principal, principal and administratives staff. The data are obtained by documentation, observation and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the decriptive quantitative tecnique.
The result of this research shows: 1) planning is effective, 2) organizing of is very effective, 3) leading is very effective, 4) controlling is very effective and 5) output is effective
