Hubungan Konsumsi Makan Dan Status Gizi Dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa

HUBUNGAN KONSUMSI MAKAN DAN STATUS GIZI DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumsi makananan, status gizi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Angkasa Lanud Adi Sucipto Yogyakarta. Populasi berjumlah 213 siswa, diambil sebanyak 45% + 10% dengan teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling, sampel sebanyak 118 subyek. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar food frequency, status gizi siswa menggunakan observasi pengukuran antropometri (BB/U), prestasi belajar dengan dokumentasi nilai. Teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi parsial jenjang pertama untuk hipotesis pertama dan kedua, sedangkan hipotesis ketiga teknik analisis regresi ganda dua prediktor, yang didahului dengan uji persyaratan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prestasi belajar siswa, termasuk kategori cukup (55,6%), -kategori baik (29,6%), kategori rendah (14,8%). Analisis regresi menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konsumsi makan, status gizi, dengan prestasi belajar sebesar Freg = 10,32l>Ft (0,05) = 3,08 R2 = 0,156. Berarti 15,6 % prestasi belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua ubahan bebas. Besarnya sumbangan efektif =11,554, status gizi 4,009. Koefisisen korelasi jenjang pertama r1-y1= 0,280, r2-y2= 0,230, berarti ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konsumsi makan dengan prestasi belajar siswa, antara status gizi dengan prestasi belajar.

Abstract. The research purpose was to understanding the relationship of meal con­-sumption, nutrition status toward student’s study performance of Angkasa Lanud Adi Sucipto Yogyakarta High school. The population was amounted 213 students, this samples was gained by stratified proportional random sampling as much as 118 respondents. The
data collection was using food frequency sheets, observation and documentation that appropriate with a serial of research variables. The data analysis for first and second hypothesis test was using partial correlation and the third hypothesis test was using multiple regressions with two predictors, that before tested its requirement. The research result was presenting student’s study performance included in average category (55,6%), good
category (29,6%), and less category (14,8%). The regression analysis was presenting there
is a significant relationship between meal consumption, nutrition status toward student’s study performance as much as Freg = 10,32l>Ft (0,05) = 3,08R2 = 0,156.The meaning was 15,6% of study performance can explained by both of independent converted. The amount
of effective support = 11,554, nutrition status = 4,009. The first level of correlation coefficient r1-y1= 0,280, r2-y2= 0,230, the meaning that there was a positive and
significant relationship between meal consumption with student’s study performance and between nutrition status with student’s study performance.
