ABSTRAK
Present study objective is to investigate the student’s satisfaction level in gaining academic service, administrative service both continuously and partially provided by JPTK, FKIP, UST.
The methodology of the study is quantitative descriptive. Total students of JPTK are 688 students and total sample are 253, determined using Sloven formula; 30 respondents were completed test as trial. Data are analyzed using descriptive analysis technique and partial correlation test, followed by two predictors of double-regression analysis.
The descriptive analysis test reveals that academic service is in moderate (59,7%) level, administrative service also in moderate (46,7%) , however student satisfaction is low (47,1%). Partial analysis gain x1-y = 0,373 > r tab (0,05) = 0,125; there is positive and significant effect from t hit: 6,350 and p=0,000 for p < 0,05, for x2-y = 0,527 > r tab (0,05) = 0, 125,there is positive and significant results from t hit = 9,805 and p = 0,000 for p < 0,05. The correlation of academic service and administrative service jointly exhibit R2 = 0,614 or 61,4%; each independent variable contribute as academic service = 22,89 %, administrative: 38,48%. Multiple regression analysis gain F hit >F tab with significance 5% ( F hit=19,856 > F tab=3,04 ), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it is assumed that other factors also have influence on student satisfaction.
